Dr. Sabu M. Thampi is the Founder, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Quantumweave Intelligence. He provides the strategic vision and technical leadership that drive the company's research, engineering, innovation, and long-term technology roadmap.

With extensive experience spanning artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, intelligent systems, software engineering, computer vision, digital trust, and applied research, he has contributed significantly to the development of intelligent technologies addressing complex challenges across government, banking, healthcare, mobility, agriculture, public safety, and enterprise transformation.

His work includes numerous peer-reviewed research publications, patents, national innovation initiatives, industry collaborations, technology transfer activities, and the development of mission-oriented intelligent platforms. Through Quantumweave, he continues to focus on translating advanced research into practical engineering solutions that create measurable societal and industrial impact.

Aadith M. Sabu leads Quantumweave Intelligence's marketing, communications, brand development, digital presence, and organisational outreach initiatives. His areas of interest include digital marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO), consumer behaviour, market research, brand positioning, content strategy, and strategic communications.

He supports the organisation's engagement with customers, collaborators, research partners, government agencies, academic institutions, and innovation ecosystems while contributing to Quantumweave's corporate communications, digital outreach, brand development, and public visibility.

K. S. Mathew brings nearly four decades of professional experience spanning enterprise software engineering, banking and financial systems, healthcare, telecommunications, education, project management, consulting, and higher education. An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, he has held senior technical and management roles across multiple organisations before contributing extensively to engineering education and professional training.

His expertise includes enterprise architecture, software engineering, banking technologies, project management, quality engineering, delivery management, and systems integration. His guidance supports Quantumweave's engineering practices, enterprise platform development, project governance, and technology delivery.

Janardhanan P. S. is a technology consultant with extensive experience in advanced software engineering, distributed computing, data engineering, and enterprise-scale intelligent systems. His professional journey includes contributions to organisations such as the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), C-DAC, Hewlett Packard, Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology, and SunTec Business Solutions.

His expertise spans big data platforms, machine learning infrastructure, graph databases, NoSQL technologies, distributed systems, real-time data processing, and enterprise analytics. He also contributes to postgraduate education through the Work Integrated Learning Programme of BITS Pilani. His expertise strengthens Quantumweave's capabilities in scalable software architecture, intelligent data platforms, and advanced computing systems.

G. Venu Gopal combines extensive corporate leadership with expertise in finance, investment management, entrepreneurship, and higher education. Following a distinguished career with Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company, where he held senior operational leadership roles, he established Neela Investment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and has continued to contribute to finance education as a Visiting Professor at Digital University Kerala.

His expertise encompasses financial services, capital markets, corporate governance, investment management, entrepreneurship, and business strategy. At Quantumweave, he provides valuable guidance for fintech innovation, financial systems, business strategy, and organisational governance.

K. G. Satheesh Kumar is an accomplished technology leader and engineering management professional with more than four decades of experience spanning industry, academia, innovation ecosystems, consulting, and public institutions. He played a pivotal role in the establishment of Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, and later served as its Chief Executive Officer, contributing significantly to the growth of Kerala's technology ecosystem.

His professional journey has also included leadership positions at the National Institute of Speech and Hearing (NISH), the Asian School of Business, and Digital University Kerala. His expertise spans engineering management, technology-led innovation, digital transformation, higher education, entrepreneurship, and inclusive technologies. At Quantumweave Intelligence, he provides strategic guidance on organisational growth, innovation ecosystems, institutional collaboration, and long-term technology development.

San Murugesan is an internationally recognised technology leader, researcher, author, editor, and consultant with more than forty years of distinguished experience across academia, research, and industry. His professional career includes senior academic appointments in Australia, a Senior Research Fellowship at NASA Ames Research Center (USA), technology consulting through Cutter Consortium, and leadership of numerous international research and development initiatives.

He has served as Editor-in-Chief of IEEE IT Professional, Interim Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Intelligent Systems, editor of IEEE Computer Magazine, and has edited numerous internationally recognised books and journal special issues covering artificial intelligence, cloud computing, sustainability, green computing, Internet of Things, smart systems, and software engineering. His extensive international leadership within the IEEE Computer Society and the global research community provides Quantumweave with valuable strategic insight into emerging technologies, international collaboration, engineering excellence, responsible innovation, and technology foresight.

Dr. Susan John K.

Susan John K. is a distinguished agricultural scientist and former Principal Scientist (Soil Science) at the Central Tuber Crops Research Institute (CTCRI), Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). During her distinguished scientific career, she made significant contributions to sustainable agriculture, soil fertility management, plant nutrition, nutrient-use efficiency, climate-resilient crop production, and agricultural innovation.

Her work has led to the development of improved crop varieties, numerous scientific publications, technology innovations, and international research collaborations. She has received several prestigious recognitions, including the International Potash Institute–Fertilizer Association of India (IPI–FAI) Award, the International Plant Nutrition Institute (IPNI) Photo Contest Awards, the International Zinc Association–FAI Award, and the Fertilizer Association of India's Excellence in Plant Nutrition Research Award.

She was also recognised among the 20 Eminent Women Scientists under the Natural Resource Management Division by the ICAR–Indian Institute of Soil Science. At Quantumweave Intelligence, she provides strategic guidance on agricultural technologies, sustainable farming, crop nutrition, and AI-enabled agricultural decision-support systems and sustainable farming technologies.

Minimol R. K. is a finance and administration professional with extensive experience in government financial administration, accounting, budgeting, treasury procedures, financial reporting, audit coordination, statutory compliance, GST compliance, and organisational administration. She holds a four-year B.Sc. in Co-operation & Banking from Kerala Agricultural University and has served as Head Accountant in the Government of Kerala. Her expertise in public sector finance, financial controls, institutional governance, compliance, and administrative systems supports Quantumweave Intelligence's finance, banking operations, grant administration, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance functions.
