Dr. B. M. Mehtre
Advisor – Cybersecurity, Digital Identity & Banking Technology
Prof. B. M. Mehtre has extensive experience spanning industry, academia, and research in India and internationally. He has held distinguished roles at CMC Ltd. R&D Centre, Hyderabad; the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT), established by the Reserve Bank of India; the National University of Singapore; and Michigan State University, USA.
He was instrumental in the development of one of India’s earliest automated fingerprint identification systems. At IDRBT, he established and led a Centre of Excellence in Cybersecurity for the banking and financial sector and contributed to several important cyber-defence initiatives, including cybersecurity drills, the CISO Forum, and IBCART, a threat-intelligence sharing platform for banks and financial institutions.
Prof. Mehtre holds a Ph.D. and M.Tech. from IIT Kharagpur. His expertise in cybersecurity, digital identity, banking-sector security, and applied research provides valuable strategic and technical guidance to Quantumweave Intelligence.
Dr. Pethuru Raj
Advisor – AI, Cloud & Emerging Technologies
Dr. Pethuru Raj, PhD, SMIEEE, is a technology architect, researcher, and author with more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry and extensive international research experience. Previously, he held senior technology and architecture roles, including Vice President and Chief Architect in the AI division of Reliance Jio Platforms, as well as positions with the IBM Global Cloud Centre of Excellence, Wipro Consulting Services, and Robert Bosch Corporate Research.
He earned his Ph.D. from Anna University, Chennai, and subsequently undertook postdoctoral research in the Department of Computer Science and Automation at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru. He was also awarded JSPS and JST international research fellowships, through which he worked as a research scientist at leading universities in Japan for approximately three and a half years.
His technology interests span Generative and Agentic AI, AI model optimisation, cloud-native and edge computing, platform engineering, Cloud of Things (CoT), 6G communications, blockchain technologies, and quantum-safe cryptography. He has authored or edited more than 75 technology books, published over 60 research papers, and contributed to more than 55 book chapters. At Quantumweave Intelligence, Dr. Raj provides strategic and technical guidance in artificial intelligence, emerging computing architectures, cloud and edge technologies, and the translation of advanced research into scalable technology solutions.
Dr. K. S. Mathew
K. S. Mathew brings nearly four decades of professional experience spanning enterprise software engineering, banking and financial systems, healthcare, telecommunications, education, project management, consulting, and higher education. An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, he has held senior technical and management roles across multiple organisations before contributing extensively to engineering education and professional training.
His expertise includes enterprise architecture, software engineering, banking technologies, project management, quality engineering, delivery management, and systems integration. Janardhanan P. S.
Janardhanan P. S. is a technology consultant with extensive experience in advanced software engineering, distributed computing, data engineering, and enterprise-scale intelligent systems. K. G. He has served as Editor-in-Chief of IEEE IT Professional, Interim Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Intelligent Systems, editor of IEEE Computer Magazine, and has edited numerous internationally recognised books and journal special issues covering artificial intelligence, cloud computing, sustainability, green computing, Internet of Things, smart systems, and software engineering. Dr. Susan John K.
Susan John K. is a distinguished agricultural scientist and former Principal Scientist (Soil Science) at the Central Tuber Crops Research Institute (CTCRI), Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). During her distinguished scientific career, she made significant contributions to sustainable agriculture, soil fertility management, plant nutrition, nutrient-use efficiency, climate-resilient crop production, and agricultural innovation.
Her work has led to the development of improved crop varieties, numerous scientific publications, technology innovations, and international research collaborations. She has received several prestigious recognitions, including the International Potash Institute–Fertilizer Association of India (IPI–FAI) Award, the International Plant Nutrition Institute (IPNI) Photo Contest Awards, the International Zinc Association–FAI Award, and the Fertilizer Association of India's Excellence in Plant Nutrition Research Award.
She was also recognised among the 20 Eminent Women Scientists under the Natural Resource Management Division by the ICAR–Indian Institute of Soil Science.
